Willingness to pay for country of origin labelling of ingredients

This research project aims to find out UK consumers’ willingness to pay for origin of the heaviest ingredients of processed foods, and the kinds of consumers’ attitudes toward the relationships between country of origin labelling and food attributes or sociodemographic characteristics affect willingness to pay for country of origin labelling of the heaviest ingredients of processed foods.
